Refund policy

IN PERSON:

The Valley Collective accepts returns within 14 days of purchasing items. All items must be in original, unworn condition with tags still attached. You will receive store credit for the returned items in the form of a gift card. If the returned items are not in original condition, customer WILL NOT receive store credit. 

ONLINE:

You have 7 days from receipt of order to submit a return request and 7 days from approval/receiving return shipping label to use the return shipping label. If you return outside of this window, the package will be refused and returned to sender. All items must be in original, unworn condition with tags still attached. Once your return request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be emailed to you. You will receive store credit  for the returned items with the returned shipping cost taken out. If the returned items are not in original condition, customer WILL NOT receive store credit.
